This session was not a productive use of time. I came prepared with a detailed academic plan of study and was seeking strategic guidance on how to align and communicate my graduate coursework with my long-term engineering career goals at Boeing.
As an engineer working in industry, I understand that academic subject matter does not always directly translate to industry application. My objective was to receive informed coaching on how to effectively articulate the relevance of my coursework to management — specifically how my planned studies support my current role, technical development, and future contributions within Boeing. I was also seeking guidance on how to professionally document and communicate this development on a recurring basis, such as through quarterly updates.
Unfortunately, the session lacked depth, preparation, and meaningful engagement. The responses provided were minimal and did not address the substance of my questions. Most concerning was being advised to “speak with my academic advisor” regarding the course plan itself, despite specifically requesting a professional perspective on the industry and career relevance of the curriculum I had already developed. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations for a career coaching service.

Literally the worst. They took over a week to process my graces which sent me to the next year causing them to deny me the following year. Customer service gave me the run around. Absolutely despicable.
Awful. I submitted all the paperwork they list as required so that I could get reimbursement from my employer for my education. They kept coming back saying I needed one more document, then one more document. What a mess!

In my 1st few years of utilizing the system it appeared to go well and pretty smooth. The problem was the strict guidelines on the time frame of starting the application compared to when the class actually starts. There was a lot of misinformation and misguidance. It is already challenging enough to incorporate work/life balance in addition to taking classes but trying to remember every little thing sometime mistakes happen. I was lied to that stated my supervisor and manager could approve the application to go through when the deadline was passed. I found out that to be severely false. So, there were 2 opportunities missed for repayment. The next issue I had was that on several occasions I was told some type of document was missing or missing data when I always uploaded the same information each and every time, however, randomly was it chosen to approve and not approve. This became very annoying. AND the fact that you cannot speak with anyone to clarify WHAT exactly is missing and it takes just about a whole week to get a response back to my message. I was even told once and I quote... "My bad, I did not scroll all the way down"!! This is slack! Very slack! Therefore, I was not at all pleased with this service at all.
Terrible company. They manage tuition reimbursement for my workplace and do not believe in doing anything in a timely manner. My credit score has suffered because they refuse to reimburse me in a reasonable time frame for education my manager and company approved.
