- SNS NJun 16, 20265.0Great experience applying for my passport card at this post office. I booked my appointment online, filled out the required forms beforehand, and was called right on time when I arrived. The staff took my photo, processed my application, and handled the payment quickly and professionally. The entire process was easy, efficient, and surprisingly pleasant. Everyone was friendly and helpful, making what could have been a stressful task very straightforward. Thank you for the excellent service!

As soon as I entered, middle aged woman working behind the counter was having a very loud conversation with a customer. She says, the only people I am racist to….. is stupid people” and then asked the customer she was helping if the girl was black. I have no idea what the conversation was about but this is a completely inappropriate conversation to have at all, let alone in the workplace. Very disappointing.
- IKIlhan KutukMar 4, 20261.0I visited this USPS office today for fingerprinting related to my citizenship application. I called about 45 minutes before arriving to confirm the service. When I arrived around 2 PM, the employee named Athena told me she was alone and that the process would take too much time, so she asked me to wait until 3 PM. I waited there as requested. During that time another family arrived and she spent around 15 minutes helping them with their paperwork. At 3 PM I approached the counter again, but she told me she still could not do the fingerprinting. Shortly after, another employee returned from lunch and completed my fingerprinting in about 4 minutes. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. Immigration and citizenship processes are already stressful, and consistent and professional service is very important.
