  Came here to drop off a package with a preprinted shipping label. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. At the time of writing, May 2026, this location has one of the few evening cutoff times for dropping off packages for overnight delivery in the Boston metro area: 8:00pm

  System was malfunctioning. I left after waiting in line way too long hoping the employee could figure it out but he couldn't. I left and went to UPS at Staples.

  I wish there was a way to give them a negative 10 review. This location is responsible for Drop Box pickups. I have a package that has been sitting in one for SEVEN DAYS. I've been on the phone for two days trying to arrange for it to be picked up. I think it will sit there forever. 100 years from now, an archeologist will find that package still sitting in that box.

  Customer service is God awful if you need to call any FedEx location they will twist you around in circles instead of letting you speak to staff at this location where we originally shipped this package from.
