  I had an excellent experience with FedEx. I was expecting a package when I received a call from a FedEx representative. They verified my name and explained that there was an issue because the street address and city didn't match. They took the time to confirm my information, and once everything was verified, they asked if I would be able to pick up the package at my local FedEx office. I really appreciate the extra effort they made instead of simply marking the package as undeliverable or returning it to the sender. Their proactive communication and customer service ensured that I received my package without any problems. Thank you, FedEx, for going the extra mile and providing such outstanding customer service!

  I booked an overnight shipment and paid almost double for delivery before 1030am compared to the rate for the end of the day delivery. The shipment is not delivered on time. I believe there is a significant improvement in the customer promise required form FedEx side.

  Came here to drop off a package with a preprinted shipping label. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. At the time of writing, May 2026, this location has one of the few evening cutoff times for dropping off packages for overnight delivery in the Boston metro area: 8:00pm

  System was malfunctioning. I left after waiting in line way too long hoping the employee could figure it out but he couldn't. I left and went to UPS at Staples.
