- CDCaitlin DiCorciaJul 21, 20261.0I don’t know why I even bother coming here. There’s one worker and he is AWFUL. The first time I visited, the man behind the counter was incredibly rude. I had reused a shipping bag, making sure to black out all the previous shipping labels. He told me there was a new rule that had gone into effect that week saying reused shipping bags weren’t allowed and that I needed to buy one of their $5 shipping bags. Considering I was only making about $6 from a Depop sale, that made no sense. After insisting I couldn’t use my bag, he said I would have to remove every single old label if I didn’t want to buy a new one. He didn’t offer scissors or any way to help remove them—just dismissed me. I left and went to my usual USPS location at Natick Common, where they accepted the exact same package without any issues, old labels and all. Today, I gave this location another chance because it’s on my way to work and came in with a USPS QR code to print my shipping label. THIS TIME WITH A NEW POLY BAG FROM AMAZON! ( I figured there were sure to be no issues) The same employee told me they couldn’t ship my package because they had run out of shipping labels and said they MAY have more by Friday. If a USPS location can’t print shipping labels, it shouldn’t be operating at full capacity because that’s a basic service many customers rely on. Like are you actually serious lol. What bothered me most in both experiences wasn’t just the inconvenience, it was the employee’s attitude. He was curt, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Based on my experiences, customer service at this location is unacceptable, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I will be calling USPS corporate as the amount of reviews about this man is disturbing.
