  I was very happy to get my passaport done here at this post office in Milford , guy I was thinking that I had to go in Boston for this . But when I found out that mild did the passport , renew and new , I thought , thank goodness. So I just look online for how I could make an Appointment and that sit . I went on my appointment day , got there and only have 1 person sending a package, not waiting no more then 5 or 6 minutes. Lisa asked me how she could help me , I said I have an appointment and all she did was pick up my paper and confirm my name and we go from there . Lisa was so nice and very intelligent, as soon she opened my application she saw one mistake I did , she then give me a new application to fill out . But while I was doing that , she go ahead and did my hubby renewing while my was as new passport Cuz if u passport is over 15 years old u need to do as brand new passport again . So make sure that not happening to you . I learn my mistake. But Lisa was very friendly and really helpful. I asked her a question that nobody new how to answer me , the Bellingham post office guys didn’t new it , and Lisa as soon she saw the paper she said yep your package never gotten delivered to you family in Brazil it’s cuz u wrote makeup . And she explained that make is under a lot toxic products like polish or other makeup products. She was fantastic. Thank you Lisa for your amazing service and help. I already got my passport in 10 days .

  Why can’t they do their job and deliver the mail!!!!! I keep getting my mail left at a different address I lived in a St. Ext. And they don’t pay attention to Ext. When I called the guy told me to get a PO Box but why!??? That’s my address do your job why do I have to get a PO Box when you’re supposed to do your job right? That’s what you get paid for!! Now at my job same thing!!! They deliver the mail to the house behind it which is a different street when I called the manager said they might not be able to leave it he has to drive by and look!! WHY?? Why can’t u do your job and stop being lazy!! If this continues I’m going to file a complaint!! Because of this I’ve had packages and mail missing! Not fun when it’s expensive and/or important stuff 🤦‍♀️

  We stood in line for an hour to get forms and as question and the guy was absolutely RUDE!! There is no need. If he doesn't like his job he shouldn't be there. This was for passport line April1st.
