- JFJoan FosterAug 2, 20265.0Kenny at the Milford UPS Store went above and beyond to carefully pack my mom’s things for me. She lived in Massachusetts and I now live in South Carolina. The items to be shipped were fragile, particularly a shell table, the shells and a ceramic nativity scene that my brothers and I helped her paint when we were kids. These are very special to me and my husband and everything arrived intact, no problems. He used extra materials to ensure their safe trip. He kept in touch with me and all the staff I spoke with were very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. We highly recommend Kenny and the UPS Store on Main street in Milford.

- SHSam HannaJun 30, 20261.0I was charged 142.11 to send a package overnight and was told that fee was for guaranteed next day delivery. The package was delivered 3 days after not next day. The recipient took the day off from work to receive the next day package that never came . Upon calling this local UPS store, the owner Ken Weber apologized and said he would give me a ten percent refund for the issue and since this was an act of nature, the self proclaimed guarantee does not matter. He then blamed it on the government tariffs on UPS as another reason. To charge 140 dollars to deliver a credit card package 3 days later doesn’t seem like good business practices . Enjoy your 3.7 star ranking Mr Webber at least you don’t have to wonder why you have achieved such an impressive goal. Keep on taking advantage of the town of Milford.
