    Went recently on a Tuesday around 9am. Smooth process of getting my 1 package mailed. Courteous person behind the counter (not sure of his name). Probably took me longer to drive+park than it was to mail my package. I have had other times when the line has been really long and I’m stuck waiting for almost an hour, but I think those times were because it was around Christmas time and I had arrived at around 4pm.

    Least competent post office around. The woman that works here is beyond rude and unhelpful. Told me it would be $100 to ship a package to the UK with tracking. When I asked for the less expensive option she said it's $35 but without tracking. I sent a package to the UK a few weeks ago and it automatically came with tracking. I went to the Charlestown post office with the same package and asked how much it would be to ship and he said $35. When I asked if it included shipping he even laughed and said "of course it does." Not sure what power trip this woman is on but she preys off the fact that most people don't know how the postal system works. Save yourself the headache and go to the Charlestown post office instead. They're patient, kind, and answer all of your questions. Never had an issue there.

    Would rate 0 I had a very frustrating experience at this post office. It honestly felt like the staff did not want to work From the beginning, the employee assisting us was doing personal activities (like embroidery/crafting) instead of focusing on her job and barely even looked at us. I went there with my family, including four small children, for a scheduled passport appointment , we get there on time. We needed some guidance to complete the last bottom part of the form correctly, but she refused to help. Because of that, we were told we “missed our time” and could only process four passports instead of five. The situation became very stressful — my children left crying, we were all very upset, me too, and in the end, we left without completing any passports, We decided do different post office. Now I have to take another day off work to try again. I asked to speak with a manager, but the manager did not help at all. Another employee nearby even argued with me, which was completely unprofessional. The staff showed no empathy and no willingness to serve the public. Based on my experience and the many negative reviews online, this location clearly needs serious improvement. Today is April 24 10:45 am I take that picture but I don’t know her name; I was so upset she was so rude I would not recommend this post office. If we work with lives we need to be nice, but God bless them. I had 5 appointments including 4 kids she not care at all, it’s sad because I love live in Medford.
