  I left two packages in the drop-off area on the counter. They don’t scan these packages, so I can’t track them. I don’t know if they were delivered or if they went missing. I don’t recommend the Medford USPS. They don’t work well. If you available another shipping stores, use it, not here.

  Giving it a 2 stars so my review stays up. It should get a 0/5. I was there to drop off a package and buy a box. They didn’t have any on the shelf so I asked the front desk person and she said whatever we have out is what we have.. okay understandable so I ask her how much the xxl slips are because they don’t have a price next to them she says idk it should say it on there and I let her know it doesn’t and the pricing list only only mentions the boxes. I look back at her and she has her head back down on her phone.. it’s just me there and I’m baffled because this place has an echo so she just decided to ignore me. She wasn’t friendly, she wasn’t helpful.. they need to stick her in the back or something because she isn’t doing great at the desk. I also made sure to hit :( on my experience when paying for the slip. She didn’t have a name tag but it’s July 27th at 4:17pm. Hope y’all find her and tell her she needs to do better.

  Went recently on a Tuesday around 9am. Smooth process of getting my 1 package mailed. Courteous person behind the counter (not sure of his name). Probably took me longer to drive+park than it was to mail my package. I have had other times when the line has been really long and I’m stuck waiting for almost an hour, but I think those times were because it was around Christmas time and I had arrived at around 4pm.

  Least competent post office around. The woman that works here is beyond rude and unhelpful. Told me it would be $100 to ship a package to the UK with tracking. When I asked for the less expensive option she said it's $35 but without tracking. I sent a package to the UK a few weeks ago and it automatically came with tracking. I went to the Charlestown post office with the same package and asked how much it would be to ship and he said $35. When I asked if it included shipping he even laughed and said "of course it does." Not sure what power trip this woman is on but she preys off the fact that most people don't know how the postal system works. Save yourself the headache and go to the Charlestown post office instead. They're patient, kind, and answer all of your questions. Never had an issue there.
