- KAKenny AMay 8, 20261.0Horrible customer service I tried to do a money order for $700 the machine froze taking 600 I didn’t get a receipt or any confirmation saying that I paid but I have the bank statement saying that it took 600 from me and the guy at the front didn’t help me in any way or call any supervisor to help me with this issue it’s been going on for 3 days and I’m still trying to figure out how to get my money back
