- ARAneika RodriguezMay 11, 20261.0Very rude lady. I went in to mail a gift. I wouldn’t mind being asked whats in the package if it was policy but no one else asks but her. When I didn’t answer she continues to go back and forth with me after I told her to stop asking if no one else does it. She continues to look at my package and see it’s going to Puerto Rico and says “puerto Rico people always say no phone and send phone” very unprofessional inappropriate
- TTtarifiedApr 18, 20261.0terrible service, the staff is insanely rude and entirely unhelpful always giving the wrong instructions or advise. i had a package that was supposed to come thursday 4/16 and went down to this post office to see if it had been brought back there since the time window for delivery was up and they told me it wasn't there, then 30 minutes later the tracking posted that it WAS at the location. i returned back the next day 4/17 showing them the tracking and they said it was sent back for redelivery, which i purposely did not request since whoever is delivering the mail is doing an awful job. they told me my package would arrive by sometime later that day and to nobody's surprise, it DID NOT COME. i waited around all day for the package to arrive and nothing came. now it's 12:50pm 2 days after my package was supposed to arrive and the package still has not showed. what kind of service is this?? all of the workers truly have to be senile.
