  The young man at the desk was really rude and doesn't know how to communicate respectfully with customers. I had a passport appointment for 10:30am, i got there at 10:05, when the appointment time came, the agent who is supposed to be attending to me said he is training someone at the moment so it's either I wait(bearing in mind he doesn't know how long the traing will be), or i should reschedule, or go downtown. I wasted my whole day. Unacceptable. PS. The heavily pregnant lady at the front desk was very helpful, but I can see she was uncomfortable when the young fellow was speaking to customers, she had call them over and do the transaction.

  This place needs to be investigated for package thieves! This is my second time I have ordered sneakers there’s an “attempted delivery” when there has been no effort made to even deliver the item. I never have this problem with other item being delivered. I call the main customer service line they agree that it seems off and open up a ticket. Then supposedly after no update made to my tracking a whole two days later my packages gets returned back to sender? I opened up multiple tickets and whoever the manager is just resolved the ticket by offering no solution. This is very frustration the poor service for this location.

  Lashonda Cook refused my passport service after I arrived 13 minutes early to my appointment. She was extremely rude. I was filling out my paperwork and she claimed she called my name twice. Which was a lie. She did not call my name at all she just did not want to do my service. I left and went to two other post offices and explained my experience and all of the clerks I spoke with have heard of her and the horrible service she provides. Telling by the other reviews this is clearly how she treats people. Is US postal service going to continue to allow their paying customers to be treated this way? Are there no repercussions for her disrespect and mistreatment?

  Very rude lady. I went in to mail a gift. I wouldn’t mind being asked whats in the package if it was policy but no one else asks but her. When I didn’t answer she continues to go back and forth with me after I told her to stop asking if no one else does it. She continues to look at my package and see it’s going to Puerto Rico and says “puerto Rico people always say no phone and send phone” very unprofessional inappropriate

  terrible service, the staff is insanely rude and entirely unhelpful always giving the wrong instructions or advise. i had a package that was supposed to come thursday 4/16 and went down to this post office to see if it had been brought back there since the time window for delivery was up and they told me it wasn't there, then 30 minutes later the tracking posted that it WAS at the location. i returned back the next day 4/17 showing them the tracking and they said it was sent back for redelivery, which i purposely did not request since whoever is delivering the mail is doing an awful job. they told me my package would arrive by sometime later that day and to nobody's surprise, it DID NOT COME. i waited around all day for the package to arrive and nothing came. now it's 12:50pm 2 days after my package was supposed to arrive and the package still has not showed. what kind of service is this?? all of the workers truly have to be senile.
