- MHMaryanne HarkinsJun 27, 20251.0“Priority Mail”. What a joke! 1-3 days projected delivery and tracking service. I sent something Priority Mail, with a charge of $10 on June 17. Today is June 27 and it STILL has not arrived at its directed location and I don’t think it ever will. The first debacle is it sat in a Springfield MA mail center for at least 5 days. Seriously. 5 DAYS!! 😡 Then, the second debacle was that the stellar employees at that location “discovered” it in some pile of mail rubble, then they manually sent it on WITHOUT scanning it so that I could track it further. 🙄 So now I have to pay $35 to stop payment on a check and you can bet I won’t send the next one by US Mail. I’d rather walk it there! My assumption is that the only requirement for working for the post office is breathing. Brain function and capability are not requirements. What a disgrace!

- HHHannahApr 7, 20211.0Very rude employee today who wasn’t even wearing his mask in the back. We were trying to track down a package that had not been delivered today and it felt like the guy was aggravated that he actually had to do his job. He was huffing and puffing while typing in the tracking number and after he abrasively shooed us away in saying “it was out for delivery it’s probably being delivered right now” when in fact our mail got delivered 4 hours ago with no package, he apologized to the next customer in line in saying “thanks for waiting.” We were not taking an extra long time or asking extensive questions, just trying to track down a package that had been reverted back to the Mashpee Post Office. I now will have to go back tomorrow to get the package again.
