- CCCindyJul 22, 20265.0I had to call this USPS location today because of a customers lost package. The employee I spoke with, Jeremy, went ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me figure out what happened and where this package went. After discovering where the lost package was, Jeremy took it upon himself to retrieve the package from the wrong address to hand deliver it back to my office. All in a matter of a half hour. If that aint getting things done, I dont know what is. Not only is he a phenomenal postal worker, he is an amazing people person and is hysterical! Thank you for the laughs and for going out of your way to help me today! You are outstanding at what you do and you, without a doubt, deserve a raise and a promotion!

I went to a wonderful America that all their time to understand me since I don't speak much English, then it happened to me with a gentleman in charge who was explaining to me about the documentation I needed and asked for help from this colleague who did not want to help her because she claimed that I spoke English but I had already explained that I only understood a little! I really felt humiliated as people who are not Americans become RACIST! They really shouldn't have this type of people working in this place. Mail is a service for the whole public and it doesn't cost to help, the United States is a multicultural place.

I really appreciate that this post office is open until 2pm on Saturdays because others close earlier at 12pm. Sometimes there’s a line, but it generally moves quickly.
