- LRlaila RochaMay 4, 20261.0The Malden post office has the worst customer service. They claim they cannot print shipping labels because the machine is always broken. This raises the question: with all the money the USPS generates from its operations, can't they simply fix it—or just replace it with a new machine? Another problem arose when I went to pick up my package: the clerk simply refused to even look for it. They hadn't delivered it, yet they still wanted to return the product to the sender! The attendant told me I would have to print it out myself. It was disrespectful, knowing that it is their obligation to handle the printing—since people pay for the shipping. If shipping has been paid for, the institution (in this case, the USPS) has an obligation to provide the shipping label for mailing the material! At least, that is what my research indicated, and I certainly wouldn't go back there again.

Knowing fully well that I am waiting for him to move so I can park.I shoveled that parking spot and he purposely stay there when he could have parked better. I hope he found no parking spots next time.
- CCCherJan 29, 20261.0I have been waiting for mail for 2 weeks I had someone from the Malden post office call me and said I'll be getting mail never never showed up no mailman in a mail truck nothing the way they're acting you would think this was the Blizzard of 78 it's okay for kids to go back to school are you serious but these people can't get cars to deliver mail and they can't even deliver the mail because of some snow. They act like it's never snowed in Boston before like it's ridiculous we have to find a new way maybe we should get robots because this isn't working terrible terrible terrible service!!!!
