- PMpaula murphySep 5, 20235.0I went in for a passport photo after phoning to see if an appointment was needed (it wasn’t for a Tuesday or wednesday) No one in lobby or behind the counter. A quick press of a bell summoned Melissa, the most cheerful, helpful, and efficient customer service person I had dealt with in years. She was a wealth of information on the process, and after taking the photo, she showed it to me for my approval. Wow 🤩. The reviews talking about rude service can’t possibly be about this ray of sunshine 🌞. We need to clone her! Thank you Melissa!

Every other vehicle that services this neighborhood including amerigas trucks delivering gas - can get to their destination, but THE POST OFFICE CAN'T? We are expecting a car part-pretty important and you can't get out of your truck? Shouldn't there be a notice if the postal worker is not able to deliver mail? I have read the reviews and totally agree - the worst- ever! If I could take away the star I would. It's been two days of no mail and not a word from the Post office as to when we might expect to get the mail The roads open at about 3:30 everyday Did anyone think of adjusting the delivery time? Who denied access, because part of Summer street was open today and all was open yesterday
