- KKKyan1 day ago1.0Went into the post office 5 minutes before closing to send off a package, and was denied service by this white lady postal office employee claiming she’s closed and won’t be taking any more customers. She’s probably the worker everyone had a bad experience with. Very unprofessional.
- MMMusti MusJun 9, 20261.0There is a woman named Maggie who works here, I asked her for her name and I had a very negative experience with her. Yesterday she told me in a rude and mean way to print the labels elsewhere, so I came from far away to do that and returned today. When I came back, she gave me rude looks, spoke in a hostile manner. She refused to let me attach the labels myself, refused to give me tape, and refused to attach them herself. And after that she decice to do it and and threw the paper toward me .this was too much for me i should call police on her She also kept blaming another employee who works here because he is helpfull and she said he’s wrong he’s not professional at all , I have never been treated like this before, and this experience completely ruined my day. She does not respect people’s time or effort.

- SHsonya huynhMar 10, 20261.0Went in to drop off 2 packages. I was walking in and I hear a faint sentence but was not completely sure the associate was talking to me. As I got closer I notice the continued harsh eye contact and I say "oh sorry are you talking to me?" She states, I'm only taking drop offs I got to go to lunch" and I go "okay" as I wait for her to finish up with the client before me. She then goes "did you hear me? In a rude tone" I say yes and she goes do you need a receipt? I said no and she goes "then drop it off". I told her one of them requires a QR code scan which then she said "then its not a drop off". I was baffled from the rude attitude and behavior from right when I walked in. This encounter did not require horrible attitude and hostility for just a package drop off. There were a few other people in the office as well. It was a lady I am unsure of her name.
