- KKKhalinaSep 24, 20261.0This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a post office. I have not received mail in approximately two months. The carrier claimed my name is not on the mailbox, but it is clearly listed and has been for the past two years. I have lived at my current address for three years and have had multiple ongoing issues with receiving mail. Each time this has happened, I have submitted service requests. The most recent request I submitted within the past month only received an automated email response, and I have not received any follow-up call. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution. Not receiving mail for months is unacceptable, especially after repeatedly reporting the issue and not to mention that federal documents are missing that are tied to my identity.

My mail constantly ends up in my neighbors mailbox. Its getting old with no end. Next to Social Security when you're trying to sign up, it comes in second place. Something to be proud of, ha.
