- AAAndrewJul 17, 20261.0Scummy corporate practices. With all that they charge, they wanted $1 to put another piece of tape on the box. When I declined they stamped "ADDITIONAL PACKAGING DECLINED BY CUSTOMER". Slimey.

Before I was finished, he called the next customer in line, even though I still needed help. This made me feel dismissed and unsupported. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.

For those that complain about be charged for the taping of packages, I beg to differ. When you go to a restaurant, do you get food for free or do you have to pay? Of course they have to charge you for taping. It’s a business. Supplies cost money.
