Even though it was the very end of the day, Synk was friendly, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. They took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent customer service. It’s especially appreciated when someone is probably ready to head home after a long day! Thank you, Synk, for being so kind and helpful. You made a great impression!

- JBJodie BellSep 14, 20261.0Tried to drop off a package tonight arrived at 6:50 pm doors locked a person was inside being served agent came over opened door I walked I. He told he I came come in they are closed I stated it was not 7pm. He told me o could not leave package. I did place it on top of a box in front of counter. He then told he he would threw it in the trash. He then told me I must leave the store and he was calling the police on me. I waited outside the store for 30 minutes. No Police came while doing this. I contacted Amazon as this was the package location of which they directed me to drop off my return. Still, my item has not been scanned by that store for the return. The agent working was very rude and if your hours stay, you’re open till 7 PM your doors should be open until 7 PM. I would love to engage with the owner of this franchise store to discuss this further. Is this the Franchise contract with UPS they allow there employees to close the store before 7p and be rude and threaten the police.
