- ___Crystal _Aug 18, 20262.0Went in to ask about a package that had been stuck in one spot with no updates for a little over a week. The postmaster took my name and number with the tracking info and said he would call me once he spoke to them. I never got a call. I tried calling them (because im not able to go in due to them being closed before i can get there from work) but the phone just nonstop rang with no voicemail box. I tried going online to file a claim but for some reason by account had been restricted so I would have to email someone to fix my account then file a claim. It should not be this difficult to get information on a package I ordered.

Our regular guy uses the driveway to get to the mailbox and exits the same way. I’m calling to complain. Use common sense. He also did this in other neighbors yards.

Got here at 4:40 and the doors are locked with the entire Post Office Box and front desk area being dark. Way to go, and thanks for now making my prepaid package late. Just another reason why I’m getting very sick of using USPS for my business shipping.
