- ARAmalia ReyesJul 23, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this post office around 3:45 PM on 7/23/26. The blonde-haired clerk at the counter was very unfriendly and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I don't mail items very often, so I asked for some guidance, but instead I felt like I was expected to already know the process. When I asked for a pen, she pointed to one near her register rather than handing it to me. A few moments later, another customer asked for a pen, and she walked one out to him. While I was still writing the address on my envelope, she told me to move aside so she could help the next person in line. I finished writing within a few seconds but then had to get back in line. I've been to many post offices over the years and have never had an experience that made me feel so unwelcome. Based on other reviews mentioning similar interactions, I hope customer service at this location is addressed so future customers have a better experience.
- RWRachel WendlingApr 15, 20251.0Woman who was working the front desk on 4/15 at 3:30 was extremely rude. I had called earlier that day and was given different hours than she had told me. When i had walked in I asked if they take passport walk ins like it says it does at the lee location between 3-4 on tuesday’s and wednesdays. Her response was “no especially since we close in 10 minutes”. I never would have come 10 minutes to closing except I had been told a different time on the phone, nor would I have had an issue in being denied if it hadn’t been for her extremely rude commentary and condescending tone. I never have encountered anyone who works at this location who hadn’t been amazing before this.
