  Yo acabo salir ahí, el servicio estaba bueno. Muchas personas vinieron a buscar pasaportes mientras las horas de sin cita previa (martes y miercoles) y la fila avanzó suavemente. Recomendaría la oficina si no puedes obtener una cita.

  For the past three weeks, I have been going to the Lawrence Post Office trying to speak with the supervisor, Yuliany Jaspe. However, she is never available, or it seems like she is never there. She has made no effort to address my concerns in person. I was finally able to reach her by phone after calling the customer service line and being transferred to her. Unfortunately, she did not allow me to explain the ongoing issue with my P.O. Box. I have been receiving mail every day that does not belong to me, including checks from Lawrence General Hospital that were intended for someone else. Instead of listening to my concerns or trying to resolve the issue, Ms. Yuliany Jaspe interrupted me, behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, and hung up the phone on me. I do not understand how someone who treats customers this way can hold a supervisory position. A supervisor should be willing to listen, communicate respectfully, and help resolve problems. My experience with Ms. Jaspe has been completely unacceptable, and I am requesting that this matter be investigated and addressed.

  I would like to formally commend Johanny, a window clerk at the Lawrence Post Office, for her outstanding customer service . She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and expertise throughout my visit. Johanny took the time to clearly explain each step of the process and ensured that my transaction was completed accurately and efficiently .Her courteous demeanor, dedication to service, and welcoming attitude greatly enhanced my experience . She is a valuable asset to the Lawrence Post Office and exemplifies the high standards of the United States Postal Service.

  Went to change my address and they didn't have any applications for that,ask the guy when they would have it! He said he didn't know.told me that I had to go online. In conclusion left with the feeling that they are not there to help.
