- SLSteven Rush LimbaughJul 18, 20265.0My fiancé and I had a scheduled appointment at the Jefferson Post Office to obtain our passports. Colton, the Postal worker, provided exceptional service, demonstrating a high level of helpfulness, friendliness, respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Colton thoroughly addressed all of our inquiries and provided continuous assistance throughout the entire application process. Furthermore, he efficiently managed multiple tasks, seamlessly transitioning between our application and the needs of other customers. Despite being a smaller Postal Service Office, I highly recommend this location for individuals requiring stamps, package shipping services, money orders, or domestic and international mail and package shipments.
- MMMac MizzleJun 5, 20261.0Had an issue with my package and when I called during the process the lady I was on the phone with asked me multiple times is it her fault almost making it as if it mines and I wasn’t even blaming her but unfortunately yes your company is at fault so I don’t get how she can get rude and question me like that when the company is at fault for their mistake now I have to wait for my package to me Monday rather than today

I was confused by the paperwork and Chris was so patient and helped us get it all straightened out. I had my 2 and 5 year old who weren’t easy but Chris was kind and patient trying to get their pictures. Chris also was able to help other customers while he helped us too, star employee ! Thank you Chris !
