    I dont usually leave a review but Dianne is absolutely amazing. She was by herself on a busy day. She stayed calmed and professional. She had a smile, help each clients on a timely manner. She apologized for the wait and proceed to the next customer.

    This post office is on its last leg. More workers are needed or even better training. Don’t come in here if you are in a rush or have too many questions.

    Absolutely terrible service at this USPS location. Every time I come here to ship something, there’s always some issue with my package and some excuse for why it “can’t” be accepted. Yet every single time I leave and go to another USPS location, they take the exact same package with no problem and I’m in and out in 15 seconds. My first encounter was with the woman with dreads, who refused my package because a small piece of clear tape slightly covered part of the barcode. She immediately said, “Nope, can’t do that.” The second time, I was told I couldn’t ship items in a reused USPS box. The third time, I was told I couldn’t ship my package in a letter envelope. In all three situations, I took the same package to another USPS location and it was accepted and shipped without any issue. At this point, it’s clear the problem is not the packaging but the staff at this location. If you don’t want to do the job, then don’t work. There’s no reason customers should have to waste time dealing with unnecessary hassle and inconsistent service every time they come in.
