  After trying for many months to excavate my mom's desk from storage at my sisters home on the Cape (she wasn't able to move it alone and was having some health issues) I found the one and only place on the Cape that heard my predicament and came to the rescue...Vishal, from the U.P.S. store in Hyannis. He both drove to my sisters home to retrieve it, then went the extra mile to fashion a crate for it's safe shipping out of state. It arrived yesterday in one piece! We are so grateful. This man & his co workers define customer service : )

  I just like all of the employees there. I look forward to seeing all of them when I ship. They are very helpful if I have any issues. They always relive the issue.

  I strongly recommend avoiding this UPS location. I paid approximately $150 to ship an international package, and the package NEVER reached its destination. I paid for a service that was simply not provided, and despite that, I have been trying for TWO WEEKS to get this issue resolved and receive answers about my money. I have repeatedly gone to this location asking to speak with the manager, and somehow the manager is NEVER there. At this point, it is extremely difficult to believe that after multiple visits over two weeks, the manager is simply never available. It honestly makes me question whether someone I have already spoken to is actually the manager and is just refusing to take responsibility. I also contacted UPS customer service directly, and I was told that there have been multiple issues reported with this particular location. The employees I have dealt with have been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody provides clear answers, and I keep being told that someone will contact me — yet nobody does. Taking $150 from a customer for an international shipping service that was never completed and then repeatedly avoiding the customer when they ask for a resolution is absolutely unacceptable. After two weeks of chasing them for answers, the entire situation feels dishonest and completely unprofessional. If you are reading this review because you are considering shipping something from this location, I strongly suggest using FedEx or another shipping service instead. Save yourself the money, frustration, and time. I would NEVER use this location again.
