  Came here to pick up a package and a lady working here was really rude she had bad attitude she should not be working here if she can't be nice to other people i was already having horrible day. I will never go to this ups again

  I was having a great deal of trouble with a return. A wonderful employee I believe she said her name was Nam spent so much time with me trying to straighten it out while still helping other customers in between. The return issue was so complicated that I wanted to give up and bring the items home, but Nam was so patient and said she was there to help me and that she was determined to figure it out. She was amazing and I am very grateful for her time and expertise in solving the problem L Johnson

  Absolutely unacceptable service. My sister paid $150 for an international shipment that NEVER reached its destination, and I still have not received a refund. For two weeks, we have repeatedly tried to speak with the manager, yet somehow the manager is NEVER available. Employees keep saying someone will call us back, and no one ever does. At this point, it feels like they are simply avoiding responsibility for a service they charged her for and failed to provide. The staff is rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. UPS customer service itself told my sister chiv there have been other issues with this location. Save yourself the headache and your money. Go to FedEx or literally anywhere else. I would NEVER trust this location with another package.

  I strongly recommend avoiding this UPS location. I paid approximately $150 to ship an international package, and the package NEVER reached its destination. I paid for a service that was simply not provided, and despite that, I have been trying for TWO WEEKS to get this issue resolved and receive answers about my money. I have repeatedly gone to this location asking to speak with the manager, and somehow the manager is NEVER there. At this point, it is extremely difficult to believe that after multiple visits over two weeks, the manager is simply never available. It honestly makes me question whether someone I have already spoken to is actually the manager and is just refusing to take responsibility. I also contacted UPS customer service directly, and I was told that there have been multiple issues reported with this particular location. The employees I have dealt with have been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody provides clear answers, and I keep being told that someone will contact me — yet nobody does. Taking $150 from a customer for an international shipping service that was never completed and then repeatedly avoiding the customer when they ask for a resolution is absolutely unacceptable. After two weeks of chasing them for answers, the entire situation feels dishonest and completely unprofessional. If you are reading this review because you are considering shipping something from this location, I strongly suggest using FedEx or another shipping service instead. Save yourself the money, frustration, and time. I would NEVER use this location again.
