  I can’t say enough about the kindness of the owner of this UPS Store. I was shipping posters and stakes honoring children lost to substance use disorder to Vermont for an International Overdose Awareness Day vigil. The cost was over $500. When I explained that I was a nonprofit providing grief support to bereaved parents, he quietly took everything to the back and charged me just over $100—for the posters. I was overwhelmed by his generosity. He unknowingly helped send these memorial posters to an event where the parents of these children will attend—some seeing their child’s poster for the very first time. To answer the survey: **YES, I would absolutely recommend this UPS Store!** Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to the manager/owner. wish I had gotten his name. ❤️

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location. I brought in a prepaid medical test box that needed to be shipped to the hospital. The employee assisting me did not know how to process it, so another employee explained to her what needed to be done. Unfortunately, she still processed it incorrectly, and UPS shipped the package back to my home instead of sending it to the hospital. Because of this mistake, the deadline for returning the test has now passed. We will have to contact the hospital, explain what happened, request another test kit, and have my husband complete the exam all over again. This was an important medical shipment, and the employee’s lack of proper training caused us a major inconvenience and delay.

  Bilal, at the Hudson MA UPS store, could not have been more helpful today. He really went out of his way to assist me with a day's long delivery problem (exacerbated by UPS's contradictory signature policy). I can't thank him enough - but I hope that you, UPS, can because he truly deserves it.
