So once again, Winter is here, and I will be extremely lucky to get any of my mail delivered to my address. Which is very difficult because of the hours i work. This is completely unacceptable from a United States postal service.

So I go back home and wait ....then get a notice again it's being held at post office due to road conditions. I made it just fine in my 2series bmw. Whatever happened to the oath???
