And after going through all that I did with them, turns out they actually gave me incorrect information that caused a long, unnecessary delay. A clerk in a different nearby post office just shook her head when I told her about my experience in Hadley and she said this is not the first time she has encountered people who have had a similar experience in the Hadley post office. Go elsewhere if you can.
