  On Friday 10/2/26 Around 2-3pm There was a young looking girl who was working around copy area. She has a REALLY bad habit of assuming that customers just want to argue with her. It’s either that, or she is a racist! She was sooo rude to me on Friday. I had to take a breath a coupe times! I literally have a learning disability, so I need help with things that are new to me. I just didn’t understand where to put the paper to copy. The girl next to me try helping and she had the machine print blank papers. So we asked her to help us and It was attitude after attitude. She raised help voice a couple times to me. I didn’t do ANYTHING to her for her to treat me that way! I was just trying to let her know that I didn’t understand why the matchine kept on changing me, but wasn’t copying my prints. It charged me 5 times! She raised her voice and wouldn’t let me talk. I wasn’t upset at her at all. I was just trying to tell her that maybe the matchine didn’t have paper, but she wouldn’t let me talk and she kept on saying that they’re going to reimburse me, like I didn’t know that! I wasn’t mad at her at alll! She just wanted to argue with me! She embarrassed me in front of all the people that were there! I had to let her know that I wasn’t trying to argue with her, I was just trying to fix the problem. That’s when she toned it down a bit. When I tell you she messed up my whole entire weekend. I’m still shaking up because of that day! That wasn’t nice of her and she needs to be spoken to. She needs to stop reacting on her assumptions; assuming that everyone that has a tan, must be a problematic person. If you’re not getting treated bad, then you don’t treat people bad. You have to wait and see, you don’t assume and then start treating people bad based on your assumptions!

  I had a fantastic experience with the Staples team on my most recent business printing project. They went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfectly, and the final product exceeded my expectations. Before I left, one of the sales associates took the time to show me the finished project to make sure I was completely satisfied, which I really appreciated. Both team members were knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly friendly...not only with me, but with every customer they assisted while I was there. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and quality work. I highly recommend Staples for all your business printing needs!

  Pizza is good, but a bit heavy on the cheese. Crust is excellent. Also the meatballs are delicious. They come in a grinder, but I just ate the meatballs 😄
