The team environment in this store is amazing and the customer service is top notch! Very courteous and I highly recommend this store. Thank you, five star experience!

    If you’re looking for the absolute most expensive place for shipping and supplies, look no further. Staples just down the road is consistently around half the price for the same ups shipping services in my experience. Also, don’t buy their packing tape. It’s the worst

    Can't deliver anything efficiently. Its like they don't realize the customers can track the truck and see where their package is. Hire some better drivers who don't get on my street and right next to my street just to turn around and head back to the ups headquarters. Tried calling for support, got transferred to the supervisor and it said 25 minute wait. We have been waiting for over an hour for someone to answer. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
