- NGNick GomezMay 11, 20261.0I walked past Kevin the Store Manager today as he was smoking by the entrance with another employee. I walked in and stood by the unattended print center for 10 minutes. Nobody was working at the print center. A passing employee told me that the person who worked the print center was outside. This was Kevin. When he finally returned, I asked him to help me scan something with OCR capabilities. He had never heard of it he would know because "I've worked here 4 years" Anyway OCR is a real thing. A real print shop would understand. His demeanor left much to be desired. He showed no interest in being helpful. Also, four years in and the place is still a sad shambles. Good work Kevin. Keep smoking, you'll get there.
