I have to take back my thoughts on this problem I just spoke to a very professional woman at the Granby office explaining my problem. She couldn't have been any nicer. She also explained it is machine sorting that sent it back. That makes sense, explaining the reason for my card being rejected. I don't' want to complain when I should have called the post office first before I wrote. The last thing I would want to do, is air a point of view that should be positive instead of negative. I sincerely hope my first letter will be disregarded. Thank you, Ann
