  Remarkably unhelpful manager, she was more eager to usher me out with a customer service card then assist. The only thing this location has is convenience in location, hoping another UPS store with professionals opens up soon to help the region.

  Went in today to ship out a return and was greeted by an employee with the nastiest attitude! I didnt see her name but she was a white woman with unkept dreads, There was a older woman in a wheelchair trying to make a return as well and this employee was practically yelling at the woman in the wheelchair,You could hear what she was saying to her clear across the store. Very poor customer service from this woman and this isnt even the first time that this has happened with this employee she has the nastiest attitude always! You’d think she’d get a new job since she acts like she hates it so much terrible terrible customer service will not be returning to this location again after what happened today! If I could give negative stars I would

  Elaina helped me so much. Usually going to the UPS store, can be draining and pretty tiring, that’s not the experience I had. Elaina was a ray of sunshine so much kindness, and so much willingness to help! Made a task that is usually dull fun.

  I had a terrible experience at the UPS Store in Franklin, MA. One female (dreadlocks) associate was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She was openly complaining about her job, the hours the company makes her work, and even discussing her personal life in front of customers. It was obvious she was taking her frustrations out on the people she was supposed to be helping. What really bothered me was watching an elderly woman ask for assistance. The store was completely empty, yet the staff refused to help her unless she made an online appointment. The woman explained that, because of her age, she wasn’t comfortable with technology and didn’t know how to make an appointment herself. Instead of showing a little compassion and helping her, they turned her away. Customer service should be about helping people, especially when the store isn’t busy and someone genuinely needs assistance. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy was shocking. Management needs to address the behavior of the staff and hold employees accountable for how they treat customers. I would avoid this UPS Store and take my business elsewhere.
