- MSMorely ShermanApr 23, 20265.0The whole reason for today's delivery is that the previous delivery team (not sure what logistics company they were with) damaged my appliance in the process of moving it from the truck to my apartment. This team that came today from XPO, however, we're efficient, quick, ON TIME (read: not extremely early. Being early is not good for deliveries of this kind, especially when you have a 30 minute commute...), and attentive. I told them about my experience with the prior team and how the previous unit was damaged. They trusted me and delivered the appliance in the box to my apartment, preventing damage to the unit. Pro tip: never let someone unbox and THEN move an appliance. Always deliver appliances in their packaging. I really appreciated the team from XPO for trusting me and making the delivery process easy.
