XPO delivered our washer, dryer, and refrigerator on Sat. We opted for removal of old appliances as well as professional installation. They were polite and professional, however told me “you have a problem” because both the washer discharge hose & dryer 250v cord were too short. And told me I would need to get longer options and they left. Fortunately I was able to do resolve these issues without too much trouble. But after wrestling the stackable W&D away from the wall to do so I realized they didn’t replace the old existing dryer vent hose. Even though there was a new hose kit in the truck! Why not?? Many house fires are caused by old lint-filled dryer vents! So I guess I’ve got more work to complete the added professional installation we opted & paid for..

Bought a stackable washer / dryer from LG , this company got tasked for delivery . Delivery was scheduled on a Monday between 12-4 pm , then the time would pass , and we would call them and the time got incrementally later . Multiple delays , lies form the company saying they were on the way , we were next etc ! They wanted to deliver it later that night at 10 pm . Unacceptable . The next day was much of the same . 29 hours late they finally showed up and installed it . They also left us without a drip pan taking the old one . Drivers were OK in fairness. Really , really bad company overall !!

The delivery experience was quick and easy. Kept me well updated on arrival time and then were exceptionally polite and gentle with my home and my things. It was good enough that seeing that XPO would make the delivery would make me more likely to purchase a product in the future.

The delivery guys were fantastic. They were willing to take on the challenge of a very heavy washer/dryer combo and carry up two flights of stairs. Install was pretty smooth. However, RXO, the company that contracted them is HORRIBLE. Look up their reviews, they earn their very bad reputation. They have random scheduling, refuse to help if they are the cause of a problem with delivery. They cannot be counted on at all. If RXO is the contractor, good luck. Never ever choose them if you have the option.
