  Drivers were excellent and put my furniture together lickety split. Not their fault, but a box of cushions was missing from the delivery. I called RXO and no one has called me back yet to remedy the situation. It’s only been a couple of hours, hopefully cushions will be located and brought to me.

  The actual delivery team was outstanding, but communication up that point was abysmal. Nothing but empty promises, missed delivery appointments, calls saying it would be one day, then the next, or “20 minutes out,” only to never show. I’ve had communication since my delivery saying it’s still coming and an email a few minutes ago stating that “my Costco delivery was today”. Hallelujah, we finally got our new mattress yesterday, but Costco clearly needs a better third party delivery option to Maine members.

  Once our Polywood order shipped to RXO we received timely updates and it’s was easy to schedule delivery. The driver called in advance to tell me he was arriving an hour before the scheduled window. So I was not home when they arrived. I told them where to place the furniture. They assembled, removed all shipping materials and placed the furniture perfectly. The 2 men were very courteous. A Very good experience overall.

  Extremely satisfied with this delivery service. They provided 30 minutes notice, backed into my driveway, unloaded, unboxed and put together the patio furniture I ordered. Then they moved it to my patio. All in less than 30 minutes. The two gentlemen were friendly, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend them.

  The delivery men did an excellent job. Polite , friendly, installed my appliance correctly. A+ The customer service call center people..for XPO they are No stars 0 likes F- First day I called, I tried every option to try to reach a person and waited over a half hour for each option, with noone answered any line. 2nd day got different number to try. Every time I had to call to try to speak to anyone, there were over 80 in queuque. Then when someone finally answered, they outright lied about everything. Called back, they refused to let me speak to manager. Just a bunch of nonsense for 12 days.
