- AHAllie HJun 27, 20265.0The employees at this post office are so kind and helpful - I visited on a busy Saturday morning, and everyone working there was great. Sonia in particular was super patient and helpful!

My package was lost, and despite months of trying to resolve the issue, I never received any reimbursement for the lost items or even for the shipping cost. I also went in person three different times to speak directly with the managers at the local post office, but the issue was never resolved and I was never given a proper solution or update. The lack of accountability and support has been unacceptable. I followed all required steps, opened claims, and waited for updates, but nothing was ever properly resolved. There was no transparency, no clear communication, and no compensation, even after a long period of time. This experience has caused significant stress and financial loss. I strongly advise others to be cautious when trusting USPS with important shipments.

I submitted all required documents for my passport renewal and paid for the passport photo and processing services. However, I later received a letter from the Passport Agency stating that they only received my passport book and did not receive my photo or application documents. Because of this error, I now have to resubmit documents and spend additional time and money. Customers pay for these services and should be able to trust that their important documents will be handled correctly. I hope management addresses these issues so others do not have the same experience.
