  if the Jobstack app glitches and you are unknowingly assigned a shift, you get suspended. If you call out because of an injury or emergency hours ahead of a shift using said app, you are suspended. But if they dont pay you on time and you have to call management over and over to get paid, well tough luck, thats fine on their part. I regret giving this place another chance.

  The job stack application glitched and instead of calling me ahead of time like they are supposed to, they blamed me and suspended me, mind you this is the first time I didn’t show up and it’s because it didn’t show on my app, I called right when the ticked asked me if I have arrived, I had no idea where, or even what branch, but of course it was Framingham, almost had to call eeoc multiple times on them and now will be hiring an attorney because I have the proof of the app lagging, weeks canceled last second in me, jobs scheduled for 8 hrs only last 2-5 after I drive 1.5 hrs to get there.. they do not care about their employees at all and will not pay you, unless you fight with them for days.

  Don't recommend. Late pay and incompetent staff. THIS branch isn't good the rest seem fine.

  I worked a job recently as I had fallen on hard times. A pay card, that was attached to my account from years ago that had since expired almost 2 years ago but still on my account, was sent my money by the branch after the job. I expected them to rectify the situation but after 2 weeks of waiting for my money I was informed yesterday that the company is taking a stance of "not their problem". For the last 2 weeks I have been told that they were "working on it". I did nothing wrong. I work the job and expected to be paid for it and now they are blatantly refusing to fix the situation. I will be contacting the Massachusetts labor board as well as the federal labor board, I will be contacting the local news and anybody else. This job preys on people who have little to no option. I urge everyone to proceed with caution if you're going to work with them.
