- CLChristina LogeeMay 7, 20251.0I would like to give zero stars to this particular post office, mainly for the front desk clerk (didn’t get her name, but she is Asian) who was condescending about which box I put my express mail package in, and grumbled when she needed to use express mail tape and then tape my label to my package. She could use some serious customer service training, because even when I said I never knew that my express package needed a certain box, she insisted that the person who I was mailing the package for should have known (I was just dropping off this box for my S.O.). I said I never had any issues with my label getting taped onto the package by the clerk, but she said “it’s how they train, to not tape labels for customers”. I’ll just use UPS 🤷🏻♀️

I went in there one time and line with two people ahead of me took 20 minutes for one person to just get through at that point me and the girl ahead of me we're just getting restless waiting while somebody sat in the back doing whatever they could have came and took over the other register they need to get their business in better shape at least for customer service sake not like it's a holiday season
