- NKNicole KanaMay 22, 20261.0This location has posted that their hours for post office box accessibility is monday-friday until 7 pm. If those aren’t your hours then please post new ones but this is the 4th time I’ve tried to visit my P.o. box during their POSTED HOURS and the post office is closed???? Very annoying And of course to top it all off you can never get a hold of a real human from their customer support or this location. Super helpful so happy I pay for this service

Also funny how theres a large sign on the door stating "no dogs" but she had her pet dog behind the counter at her feet. AVOID this location and go to the agawam branch, they are so much nicer. Wish i saw the other reviews because i would have avoided going to this location
