Sarah brought such an incredible energy to the room from the moment she arrived. She was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping everyone become more comfortable with their technology. What truly stood out was her patience. She took the time to work with each veteran at their own pace, making sure no one felt rushed or left behind. Some participants needed a little extra guidance, and Sarah handled every question with kindness, encouragement, and a smile. She made sure every question was answered thoroughly and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. By the end of the session, our veterans were not only more confident using their devices, but they were also asking for a Part 2 because they had so many more questions! Unfortunately, there just wasn't enough time to cover everything. Thank you, Sarah, for making technology less intimidating and for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable learning experience for our veterans. Also fixed issue with WiFi in primary position for Internet over Ethernet. Very professional, patient and highly knowledgeable. Would recommend strongly if you are having tech issues!

- SFsteve fragerMay 21, 20265.0Being frustrated and thinking that Comcast with their high prices and average service was our only option, I stumbled upon a class called "cutting the cord" that the founder of this company, Sarah, was giving. I attended a class and learned of a way to convert over our services which seemed simple to do and offered significant price savings and more simplicity and provided more options than we were currently receiving. Sarah came to our home to present the program and we quickly realized the savings we would get as well as the simplicity of making the change, and best of all, she would do all the work, including returning our Comcast equipment back to them. We have been using the system for over 2 months and are very pleased with it and we are enjoying the significnsat savings as well. We would recommend Sarah and the entire team at Gadgets Made EaZy.
