- IAI AmSheAug 17, 20264.0I’ve never had any issues here. Granted sometimes I have to wait but it’s never been more than 10 minutes. The service has always been good too. I see there are a lot of complaints about how they’re rude. I find that odd. They’re not rude to me at all. I have seen very rude and demanding customers though. So maybe staff gets what they give and the people complaining need to chill and try to comprehend that life doesn’t revolve around them. Just a thought. Only problem I could see at this place, and I could very well be wrong, is that I don’t think it’s handicapped accessible. I haven’t seen any ramps or lifts and a few times I’ve had to go in and buy stamps for a women with a walker.

- ACAndrew CosioJul 27, 20261.0Called 5 times and no answer at all during business hours. My experience In person there wasn’t that great either. Front desk lady was unpleasant. My mail was also lost, it included money orders and a court appeal. Now I am facing license suspension and late fees because the RMV never received my appeal and my money orders. I called costumer service and there is nothing that can be done.
- NRN RochJul 27, 20261.0Great if you want your packages misrouted and lost in shipping. They missed the destination address (new Bedford) , and misshiped to the next destination (Fall River ). Then the package sat all weekend at the fall River facility without any updates. Calling anyone at the office was a waste of time, received same answers repeatedly that package would be eventually routed back to main Providence facility, then back to destination address which they missed the first time around. What a mess USPS has become! I wouldn't trust any package with them
- KSKyn SJul 26, 20261.0Worst post office in city, the people who work here are extremely rude towards everyone after reading some of the same negative comments. Especially the big Hispanic lady. She spoke very aggressively to us, this person needs to be investigated. She seem to be a really unhappy women. This behavior is not okay when dealing with people!!!
