This is the most dysfunctional post office I’ve ever seen! You absolutely cannot get your packages here. They don’t sort them for days and UPS just dumps off whatever doesn’t fit on their truck. Then, because you thought you were getting UPS home delivery, you don’t put the PO Box on the address. Then the post office sends it back because there isn’t a P.O. Box. It is a complete mess. Whenever possible use FedEx as they still honor home deliveries. UPS is dumping everything at USPS and it is a hot mess!

This Post Office needs to improve their system. I was notified an item I ordered was delivered. I went in the next morning, waited in line for an hour, and when I got to the front, was told it hadn’t been processed yet, so I would need to come back. I came back the next morning, waited in line again for 45 minutes this time, and was told it was still not ready for pickup because they hadn’t sorted it yet. It has now been 72 hours since it arrived there at the post office. I was told I’d just have to “try again” later. The package was marked delivered, so there’s no way for me to know when it’s actually ready for me to come get it. Long story short, if you have a package delivered to this location, good luck. Until something changes, it’ll likely be a huge waste of your time.

I love the people that work there but the only thing that I don’t like is that they closed very early during the summer time. I wish that they can closed a little bit later during summer time.
