- ALAvrey LaValleyJun 10, 20241.0Jacob gave me so much attitude about the fact that someone had stolen my mail, that I felt the need to re review the office. You are the worst employee I’ve ever had the dissatisfaction of having to deal with. Might I suggest taking a job at a Waffle House instead. After 30+ years of doing business at this location ( longer than Jacob has been walking the Earth) today I was told to leave and nothing was to be done about the theft I experienced this Morning. I ended up having to call the police and file a police report! If you see an employee named JACOB at the Easthampton Post Office, just know that he doesn’t care, won’t do a thing about it, and most likely will make up an excuse to tell you off and walk away without doing his job. I’m obviously not going to stop doing business at this location because I’ve lived here for the past 45 years, But I will not for one second allowed Jacob to do anything with any of my mail ever again!
