First off, she is very rude with an attitude always, and tries to upcharge everyone to send mail. Myself, family, and most likely many others have dealt with this. All other post offices in the area charge me the normal price, however every time i come in here it’s almost 5 times the price. Do not ever come here until this lady is fired and they fix their staffing.

- TGTheresa GaoOct 21, 20221.0USPS needs younger people to run, or if this is too much to ask for, roll out some AI, I instead work with a robot. Sadly but truth every time I go, they give me so much attitude; why? Because they have been there long enough, not concerned about getting fire? The only time I get good customer service is when I go to the Quincy center location, they have younger people there who provide much better service and, of course, a warm smile. East Weymouth location is a failure with these people inside who are heartless, cold faces and bad attitudes.
