Tried to control how I wanted to send my mail. Also he completed the customer satisfaction survey on his own, not even giving me a chance to say I had an awful experience. If you don’t want to have a bad experience, do NOT come here!
- HHHNov 4, 20251.0The older gentleman who works there most days needs to fix his attitude, furthermore he makes decisions on the customers behalf when you have the to click the satisfaction survey on the pinpad. I’ve also experienced twice in nine days coming in and he’s (without even looking up) telling me to go somewhere else because “the thing” is not working….
