  Pedí un Iphone a través de Apple y me tocó esta empresa de transporte. El repartidor me robó mi teléfono alegando que lo había entregado. Tengo las imágenes que evidencian que no lo entregó. Llamé a UPS y me dijeron que la única solución era poner una reclamación A través de la app. La he puesto y nadie contesta. Menos mal que pedí mi Iphone por Apple Store y han tenido una respuesta rápida y adecuada. Jamás pediría un paquete por esta empresa. Inaceptable

  I use this store frequently for Amazon returns. For the first time, I was told by the woman clerk that the return did not require label or a box. This was odd, I said. Its the first I'd heard of this. I walked the box to the store for about 2 miles so I asked if she would take the box that was now empty. She said "read the fine print on the return" and, "we don't take boxes." Not much customer attention or helpfulness here. I will find another store.
