  I have to go in there from time to time to drop off packages. They seem to provide fine customer service. Scan my package give me a receipt immediately. I am on my way. I hear from friends and acquaintances that this UPS Store are VERY good at packing up things that do not fit in square or rectangular boxing to ship, and also framed art so it gets to destination unharmed.

  First time at this location. Misty delivered a level of service that felt truly luxury–caliber. She treated my grandmother’s china with extraordinary care, repacked everything with expert precision that made it safer and even saved me money, and most importantly she transferred her own confidence to me. I had been anxious for a month about shipping these family heirlooms, and she made the entire process painless by explaining every step, offering thoughtful guidance, and handling everything as if it were her own. She even called me after I left the store with an update, which meant more than she probably realizes. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to getting it right set the bar for what an exceptional employee looks like, and she earned me as a customer for life.

  Dan is the man! We had to get some documents notarized today. It was a lot of papers but he made it so easy and convenient for us. He made us feel like we were top priority and he had such a great caring attitude. There were a few others that came over that were also UPS employees and they were polite and kind as well. But we just want to say a special thank you to Dan because he helped us tremendously today. What a great personality to represent UPS his professionalism and skills along with his customer service and the level of care was pretty amazing and it stood out to us! Thanks again Dan!

  they have a wonderful selection of paper red paper, blue paper, green paper, yellow paper, purple paper, pink paper, small sheets, big sheets, thin paper, thick paper, card stock. the rather recent adding of the wireless internet service (also known as "the wifi") to the store is a very welcome addition allowing people to use their cellular devices with wireless Internet capabilities and laptop computers. the overall welcoming interior of this fine establishment also adds to my overall score of 5 stars the color scheme using light cream type colors is just wondrously delightful and will make you want to stay and chat with the friendly and extensively knowledgeable staff they also have these spectacular little maps of cape cod that list all sorts of great little shops all around falmouth and mashpee I highly suggest you take 2 everytime you visit this shop of wonders which hopefully is every day of the week for atleast 2hours and 43 minutes and three quarters and a half a half a half a milisecond of a minute
