When I spoke up, I was told I had to wait because I wasn't purchasing. During this interaction the cashier turned his back to me, as if to dismiss me. When I told him his behavior all around was rude, I was told it's their "company" policy to "prioritize" Staples customers. I was never rude, nor did I raise my voice. My time is as valuable as everyone else's, and I waited quietly for my turn. I will no longer be shopping at Staples, and I'll let Amazon know about this experience.

She said they could have it ready that night or the following morning. Given I knew I couldn’t make it back that night I said I would be by in the morning. The next morning came and I never heard from them. I called and the gentleman who answered was very rude. He continued to state my copy wouldn’t be ready until 6pm, which was past the due date I needed it for. He stated that the girl shouldn’t have said that and that I’ll get it when I get it because they only had one person working the copy center and had 20 orders. They should staff appropriately to meet their order timeframes. This is completely unacceptable.
