I have noticed though that in the couple years I've lived here, my and other residents' packages have gone missing a few times, either being falsely marked delivered or delivered to the wrong address.

Then, as I was about to select "email only" on the receipt options screen, she bypassed it on her computer before I had a chance and printed a receipt. These are minor issues, but it's still pretty rude.
