I tried to call their # and it was just an automated phone tree that never gets you to anyone. I went to chat and the person pretty much said "yeah we missed it. Oh well, see you next week". Not a great business.

No one gave me any directions on how to set up my account. After I was penalized with late fees and delivery charges I paid my balance in full and attempted to start fresh. I was told that I would not be charged a delivery charge now that my account was now set up with auto pay but I received a delivery charge and a late fee. Avoid doing business with this company.

Started off with a great service in delivering 5 gallon water bottles at approximately $4 per bottle including delivery. The price has creeped up over the years to $14 per bottle and $10 extra for delivery. Lately, I have been getting letters every 6 months for price increase. Totally ridiculous. With all of the difficulties already mentioned by other customers regarding their customer service that is totally non-existent currently, I somehow managed to get a true gentleman named Josh to cancel my account and stop delivery. However, the attempts to get a human being from this company is completely impossible. If any other word I could use that is worse than impossible I would. This company is worth no star. I cannot even believe how a company this bad could even do business in this country. I truly sympathize with the employees working for this company. If they treat the customers this bad, I can't even imagine how the company would treat their employees. God only help them. Folks, stay away from doing any business for home delivery from this company.
