I can’t say enough about the professional service we received today. We came in after the Milton office was unable to process our passport application because their “camera wasn’t working”. Although we didn’t have an appointment, the employee at the front desk kindly spoke with the passport agent, Shakeil, who was happy to help us.
Shakeil carefully reviewed all of the documents for our newborn, took the passport photo, and made sure everything was in order. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. We truly appreciated the team’s willingness to accommodate us and their exceptional customer service. Thank you, Shakeil, and the entire staff, for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy.

I sell things online so I come to this post office often. I am surprised by the low reviews but I guess I shouldn’t be, considering that many customers I see in here act like it’s their first day on earth.
For example: I witnessed a customer argue in circles for 10 minutes about the $4 cost of a box they took off the shelf to ship something in. The only other postal employee working was helping someone with a passport application, and the customer with the box neither stepped aside to figure it out or just paid the $4, instead oblivious to the line getting longer and longer behind them as they repeated themselves for a fifth time for all of us to hear. In the end, they didn’t even ship what they were trying to, instead wasting their time and everyone else’s over $4. And by this time the line was even longer, and definitely full of people with similarly stubborn confusions. All this is to say that the USPS doesn’t get enough credit for the amount of complex and often frustrating transactions they handle with limited staff and limited hours. You would be impatient too if you had to deal with this all day long.
In spite of this, I’ve found the employees to be very helpful and efficient, with a good sense of humor despite the inherent problems of the postal system. USPS is a government service, and it would be great if those complaining about the way it’s run took it up with the people trying to further cut funding for a vital service, instead of taking it out on the employees doing the best they can with what they’re given.

Genuinely so rude and makes you feel disrespected and invisible. I drop off PREPAID packages and it takes almost 15 minutes.
