  This place is the worst post office and this is saying a lot as the entire organization is a disgrace. Total distain for the public in general and rude incompetent staff. Front desk and postmaster are a joke. In any other industry these fools would have washed out years ago. Go ahead and use any other service if possible. Your package has a 10-20% chance of being received on either end of it goes through this post.

  I dropped off packages in the back because I have many and they lost multiple packages!!! I lost hundreds of dollars on each package and so did my customers. Plus one of my customers who loves on the other side of the country is getting a message saying their package was picked up in Dennis ma?!?! Never ever again will I use thos awful post office. I understand mistakes but multiple in the same place at the same time for the same person?!?! Outrageous. Who's going to pay for these damages because it doesn't even show that it made it to the post office because thry never scanned it in!!!!! Im so upset and disappointed with this post office and usps in general. Usps lost 2 of the most expensive items ive ever purchased 2 weeks ago too?! Like why and how does this company still exhist?!

  The food is consistently what you'd expect from a McDonald's, and the service is usually fast and friendly. However, I have encountered some issues with the cleanliness during my visits, which could definitely use more attention. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick bite.

  I've had nothing but great experiences at the Dennis Post Office. As a local, I'm here pretty often shipping packages and picking up mail, and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. They move the line quickly, even during the summer rush when the Cape is packed with tourists. The postmaster and clerks actually take the time to answer questions and make sure you're getting the best shipping rate. It's a small, no-nonsense location that gets the job done right.
