  The best! I have been coming to them for years and I am forever grateful for them. They have helped me with every problem and issue and they are always extremely kind. Joe in particular is always extremely helpful. I can’t recommend them enough!

  Beware of UPS Store Cohasset Today I had a very unpleasant experience with the UPS Store in Cohasset (store #4523). I had an Amazon return that was authorized by Amazon. When I requested the return from Amazon my return location had 3 options. #1, drop off at UPS $0, #2, drop off at UPS in Pembroke $6.99 includes packaging, #3 drop off at UPS store ? $6.99 includes packaging. Whereas my return was still in the original box it was shipped in unopened I chose #1 because it was free and my package didn’t require packaging. I was going to the store next to the Cohasset UPS store and went in the store and asked if they took Amazon returns and the clerk said yes and asked me if I had an authorized return bar code which I had. The clerk told me that my barcode was for another store and said I would need to cancel my original return and choose their store. Too much for me to do I told him I would just go to the other store. He said that if I have the Amazon App on my phone and opened it he would change the drop off location and process the shipping return. I allowed him to take my phone and he canceled my original return and opened another return request from Amazon for the same item. He then scanned my phone and handed it back to me with the receipt acknowledging my drop off. Not until I got home and opened the Amazon email confirming my drop off did I realize that I was now paying $6.99 that Amazon was deducting from my credit. I called the UPS store and told them I didn’t authorize this and I would like to pick up my package. After a little dickering over the phone they agreed to give me my package back. I immediately went back to the store and asked the leak why he would do something like that to someone. He said the store didn’t charge me anything and it was Amazon charging me. A guy came out of the back room and told me that the clerk didn’t authorize the return drop off I did. I tried explaining that I had never pushed a button on my phone that the clerk had my phone and he started arguing so I opted to call the Police to (I guess mediate the situation). When the Police arrested I explained to the officer what happened and he said there isn’t anything he could do except be there to be sure there wouldn’t be any trouble with me getting my package back they said they would do. When the Officer and I went into the store they claimed the package was gone and I should call Amazon and handed me the number to call. There was nothing that could be done knowing the store was lying about not having it. The Cohasset Police were great in responding (even if it was a BS call) and Amazon credited my account the charge. When I told this to my wife she said she had a terrible experience there prior and would never go back! These people are not honorable! Go elsewhere!

  Not handicapped accessible like it says. Any packages you are carrying you better be able to open the door as well.
